Yes please, the idea of a proper editor ever since Aurora is phenomenal!

BeatriceElysia: Curation is strick. I understant that. But Pathfinder is playable and it's definitely playable now much more than before.

nightcraw1er.488: Playable, possible. But that is not what others are saying:

Others are entitled. I never had any problems with my steam copy. Just because game has bugs in certain aspect, that doesn't mean it's not playable. It can be playable, enjoyable and bug ridden, you know...
90% funding done, still 5 days to go.
Tools

In today's update we will show you a little preview video of our editing tools, which will be shipped along with the game as mod tools, so you can create your own scenarios and campaigns.

Our map editor allows you to texture and modify the landscape, place objects and effects, set the lighting and place creatures and NPCs on the map. It's a powerful editor which gives you a lot of options, but the map building process is quick and easy to learn.

The dialogue editor is just as easy to use and just as powerful. Easily write different conversation nodes and connect them with a click of your mouse. Add conditions to the different dialogue options, making them only available to certain classes or races. Or make them dependent on the player character's gender, or a certain skill or stat. With the dialog editor's script calls, you can implement a large variety of condition checks, and you can have NPCs react in different ways to the player's dialogue choices.

We use AngelScript as a scripting language, which is an object-oriented language based on the syntax of C++. This allows you to create all kinds of interesting scripts to spice up your campaign with the custom scenes you want it to have.

Realms Beyond provides you with powerful modding tools that are easy to learn and allow for quick and efficient mapping and dialogue scripting once you are familiar with them.

Italian Version

We're overwhelmed by the interest of the Italian RPG community and the support of our Italian backers is tremendous. Therefore, we are happy to announce that we can finally confirm the Italian version of the game!
95% funded, also because of a noticeable increase in pace over the last hours.
Hmmm...
Usually, the last two days of a crowdfunding campaign experience a nice funding boost.
It won't surprise me if the campaign is finally successful and even stretch goals are reached.

Yep, and even without that the game has been on pace for the last two weeks. People that waited for the most information (so until the very end) to make an informed choice are pledging now. Pretty sure the first stretch goal will be reached. Doubt it when it comes to the second.
100% funded, still 3 days to go to knock down those stretch goals.
€105,000
Francesca Baerald, exceptionally talented artist and cartographer from Italy, will create the map of our world. Her artful rendition of Argea will be included in the game box on high quality cotton paper, and will also appear in-game.
€115,000
Casey Hollingshead and Scott Hamm, lead writer and contributing writer of the turn-based tactical RPG masterpiece Battle Brothers by our fellow indie dev friends at Overhype Studios, will join our writing team!
Depending on how many people have clicked the reminder button, I could see them getting as high as €130K. Raising as much in the final 3 days as the first two happens often enough for successful KS games.

Microsoft's newest acquisitions and the uncertain future of the American indie-AAA isometric cRPG might play a role here as well.
So next revealed stretch goals are 120k for three tracks from Kai Rosenkranz, 140k for the Monk class and 150k hints at a Linux version.

The slacker backer/preorder portal is now open, by the way.
https://realms-beyond.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Besides the obligatory digital edition, digital soundtrack, digital artbook they're also offering the physical "Good Old Box" edition (for a lower price than the one during the original campaign) as well as limited opportunities to get a personal in-game tombstone or an in-game statue erected in your honor.

Pledges made through the backerkit will count towards unlocking the remaining stretch goal (The Monk class at €140.000) and potential still unannounced ones (Linux version?). The devs mentioned "months" for the duration of the extended crowdfunding period.
Believe it or not, I have never done kickstarter.

Is there any guarantee it comes out DRM-free? A certain number of votes or monetary support that it needs? Or can a developer in theory "change their mind" and keep it Scheme-exclusive even in spite of all that?

From the FAQ on the Realms Beyond campaign site:

Will the game be available through GoG?

Yes, most likely.
We're already in contact with GoG and they told us that the game is very compatible with their audience. But they still need to playtest the game a little bit before adding it to their platform (curation process).

Nothing is ever guaranteed, apart from your death :P But yeah, the physical version will be on DVD and USB-Stick, patches on their website most likely. And as Swedrami already said, digital version will highly likely be on GOG and other DRM-free places.
Well, the Kickstarter succeeded, so now you can only basically "pre-order" the game and other stuff...which will still count towards the stretch goals which weren't reached (Monk class and Linux version).
