Dogdarua: Hello, I bought Cyberpunk 2077 GOG Key GLOBAL on Eneba, on 25/12/2020, since than I cant redeem the code game.
I've already submit the ticket (#929975), and didnt get a solution for that.
I bought to the buyer "99Cards Internet Technology Co", it shows on the redeem page that the code is Gifted by: dstrtertret, and I dont understand that. Is it normal?
When I try to redeem it shows this "Something went wrong We are very, very confused. Please try again. If the problem persists please let us know.
Please someone can help me?

In the meantime, I also suggest contacting the seller. For future reference, the safest way is to buy the GOG product directly from us rather than third party sellers.
