The House in Fata Morgana is a great update of the gothic novel genre for 2018. Worth a try assuming you like gothic novels, dark romanticism, Poe's short stories and/or Universal monster movies.

I have it from a trusted source Kindred Spirits on the Roof is good. Not "soft pure uwu aesthetic" but a rather serious look at the lesbophobia teen girls have to face. (Haven't played it myself and the sale is now over. Maybe next time.)

Hatoful Boyfriend is to dating sims what Watchmen is to comics, an absolute must play. (Holiday Star is to the main game what the holiday special is to Star Wars, it only exists for fangirls to drool over the cute bois.)
I don't consider "kinetic novels" really games, but if people like them.. what's the problem?
Then, both positive and negative reviews by legit customers are allowed.

What's unacceptable, instead, is fanatics downrating these titles by default, just because they hate them.

But at the current rate of growth, within 5 years all games will be Japanese softporn novels.

Were you trying to convince me that this is a bad thing? Because you did the opposite.

Won't happen, too much reading.

I hear alot of them come with voice acting, now, too. Otherwise, i'd agree. It's so hard getting people to try morrowind these days, but oblivion and skyrim no problem.

My review for all Japanese Visual Novels

-------

Entropy was approaching but before it arrived, and the story ended shortly thereafter, our heroes made way through
ten plus hours of floppin' weiners.

I'm interested in the plot but I don't want to deal with Bethesda's usual bullshit or the shitty stolen/ownership mechanic. My system's also a toaster so finding a midground between "graphics from this decade" and "you'll need a nasa computer to render this" is tedious.

Some people will pay good money for ten plus hours of flopping wieners and think it's the best game ever. Who am I to question what someone else likes. If that's what you like then fill your boots.

I've noticed the Bethesda games don't require much. Morrowind is pretty stable compared to the other games. As for the ownership mechanic, i don't see why that's a problem unless you're playing as a thief. Other than what i earn in battle, i try not mess with stuff that doesn't belong to me. As for graphics, well, that's your problem.
