That's really just a lie then...
The very first thing that pops up when trying to pay for it is this fee, so claiming the price would be 0.01$ is simply dishonest.

I don't think it's dishonest. The price of the game is what it is, and then you have to pay for external costs that are out of the seller's control.

Just like with shipping. If you order a mouse and its price is 50 eur, do you call lies when the shop also charges 8 eur for shipping?

I think it's less dishonest than saying $0.50 minimum with the customers expecting the whole sum goes to charity. The way it is now, people know who will receive what.
