It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hello all,

These past couple of weeks, I've been making an effort to buy more games from GOG as opposed to Steam. One thing that I was missing from my Steam experience (especially during the recent GOG sale) was the IsThereAnyDeal integration to game pages provided by the Enhanced Steam extension. So I decided to do the work on my own, and I created a userscript that should work with all modern browsers.

Attached is a screencap of what it does. You can read more about it and/or install the userscript here:

Github Page

Anyways, let me know if you guys like it, find any bugs, or if there are any other features you would like implemented. Also, let me know if you'd prefer this as either a Chrome or Firefox extension. :-)

EDIT: It seems I can't post links because I don't have enough Rep? I'm unable to post the link to the script.

Just fiddle with the url so it doesn't change into link. Remove https and probably www and when you have enough rep, you'll fix it.

Thanks, I omitted 'https://' and that seems to work. I'm not sure why there's a rep requirement? My account is e-mail verified, and I've purchased multiple games on GOG. Is that not enough to assure I'm not a bot? :(

Just one of those GOG things... ;)
Nice work, kebg!

I wish all digital storefronts have the ability to let you select specific alerts as to when a game goes on an exact discount, and the choice to pick the titles you want. This is the best that we've got.

Thanks! I'll definitely see what else I can add in functionality.
Thank you, kebg! +1

It works just as advertised. This helps me save some time, clicking through my bookmarks to open isthereanydeal, then typing the name of the game, then finding the actual entry for the game I was looking for, then pressing the History button... Actually this saves me a lot of time!
This is awesome. Thanks kebg.
There are some games that don't show up on IsThereAnyDeal, but do on Gogdb.
I think Kotor 2 was one of them.

Thanks, it looks amazing! I'll check it at home, but it's just something made exactly for me. Thank you very much for sharing!

For now - how it works with regional pricing and different currencies?

This is really neat. I'll have to try it out. Thank you. Much appreciated, kebg.
It's great except that I always use USD prices while the isthereanydeal price is in euro which leads to a mixup :)
Also it would be nice to show also the highest/current price cuts.
After installing it I must say I love it :)

Regarding possible features - it's nice how it blends into the existing page, but I'd vote for some visual indicator that e.g. historical low is met. Some icon or even font color may be enough. Something to bring users attention, if the imported prices in particular case are worth to be checked.

Once again - thank you very much for sharing!

Hey guys! I'm currently working on implementing something for regional pricing and currencies which should be in the next update. Unfortunately, right now, it just does USD & US pricing because for some reason that's what IsThereAnyDeal defaults to. Will post here when it's done so I can hopefully get some feedback.

Thanks for the ideas. These seem do-able, so I'll consider them for the next update.
