As explained before - multiple threads on the same topic is silly and clutter the forum. There are currently two threads on this topic left for users to post in.

devoras: In defense of gog in a general sense, when I was banned from having a reasonable discussion about the battletech pronoun nonsense in many other places, we were permitted to have a long conversation about it in the forums here. That prompted me to start buying things from here again, and they still have some goodwill from me for allowing that. I'm not so sure they've gone full crazy sjw. The fact that this thread has been allowed to continue unhampered speaks well for them, a lot of places would have locked it down immediately.
Just keep it civil and sensible, as soon as people take it over the line and turn it into a slander pit, it'll be locked, deleted and users who broke the rules will be dealt with.

damien: sad to see what gog has become over the years...
Are you sad to see the GOG Forums has a moderator? That's quite worrying. Stick to the rules, be civil, and you'll be fine. It's really not complicated and i have faith you'll be fine.
Final warning on the matter. Directing attacks at people is not welcome here, be it users or staff. I've let this discussion flow, yet some of you are taking liberties.

Come on now, it's 22 pages in, be sensible about this and what you post.

bell02: still no comment to the alienated consumer on gog?
still silence to death?
still getting put in place by threatening to censor this thread?
still comments being deleted based on mod's opinion if it gets to hot?

yeah, it should be obvious that this thread is being monitored hard. And yet, they choose to stay silence. I can understand it, they fear the MSM strawman tactic, they have to protect their reputation in front of all those people still reading kotaku and other gamejournopro outlets.

i mean, we all know who is in the boat of yellow journalism, http://www.deepfreeze.it/journo.php list is long, their influence still in tact. (thanks technology and bots) and we all know that the normal person is still not aware of bias, still following their opinion makers and what not influencers and shills on all social media boards. Only uncontrollable anime image boards fall of that boat but are not the only ones talking about this. On the more controlled boards like resetera, neogaf or hell even reddit (the most pro censoreship webpage in the History of internet) it is talked about too, of course the problematic comments vanished like dust in the storm. Keep up the silence, it is very telling, keep up the support for the sjw narrative, we already saw behing it.

i had a heart for gog, but you took a piss on it by removing the piss on the bias journalism graveyard.

If a comment breaks the rules then it's getting moderated. This isn't a 'censorship' issue, there are rules here. It's really that simple.

Stay on topic, this isn't a thread on the leanings of a president that you may or may not agree with/like.

tinyE: I'm an SJW and a legitimate customer.

Drakhor: And that's why everybody here hates you, as far as I can tell from a quick glance at the replies. Might want to rethink your life choices.
Watch the tone, keep in mind the code of conduct expected of our users here. Keep it sensible and civil, that's all I ask.

Yeshu: tinyE was disrespectful to allot of people here and yet he was corrected only when he started to talk about the president of the US.
You assume all communication is done publicly.

bell02: and now you are telling the folks here that it is only done publicly when it serve the sjw narrative, great.
Do i have not the right to be angry as a consumer? I really have fuc'*'ing enough about this shit!
This Bias journo shittery and all the kneeling on resetera is so out of order, get your shit together god damn it. i paid for my products here, not to be betrayed by some assfucking weird hidden ideoligy cabalism blah blah.

I want someone else to be mod in here, at best your boss,..
You have the right to stay within the code of conduct here on the forum. This is not a new process. I'd advise in the future you refrain from commenting in such a manner, take note from your peers who have mostly stayed within the limits of the rules.

Thank you.

Just a few final comments to stop being derailing the thread any further.

Shouting out 'SJW' to everyone who disagrees with you (and vice versa) is both silly and utterly flattens any debate. I'm not allowing people to turn any topic into a shouting match, this one included. Either stay within the rules, act and interact like sensible adults, or you will simply lose you the ability to.

darthspudius: So, why is it then okay for people to do the same when shouting stuff like "right wing" whatever or "nazi" at people? It's been a common thing on this forum for a while now. I've yet to see a warning about that. It happens anytime a discussion gets political.

Neothanos: At the start of the topic theres a lot of flaming and namecalling on the topic, Calling GG supporters mysogenic retards and the like . Yet we have a complaint of the term SJW? The hell?
Key term 'and vice versa' and name calling or throwing of tangs for the sake of it will not be accepted. Be civil, be sensible.
Hey guys. I feel this topic has been covered pretty extensively now. The thread has gone off towards more political debates that don't even have much of a connection to the topic. I will thank the majority of users who kept on topic and civil. The thread will not be deleted but will be locked.
