Haragoth: I've filed two support tickets for a return, in both tickets, I'm asked to confirm if I want my funds to be returned to the gog wallet, instead of my original form of payment. I'm guessing g this reply is automated, because in my second ticket, I specifically said that I wanted my funds to be sent back to my original form of payment. I replied to the first ticket, but I dont think it got through, because last night I recieced an email, stating that the ticket would soon close if I didn't update it. Is there a special way to reply to these tickets? Does the ticketing system not process emails from Gmail? Please help, I'm coming up on my 30 days, and this system isn't very user friendly. If a mod or support specialist sees this, please dm me off possible, I can provide all of my order info. Thanks
As Lord_Kane said it is the date of submission that counts. You can find out more information on delays from support in the sticky

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/expected_delays_in_support_replies

just to avoid spam, I'm going to lock the thread.

thank you for your patience

best wishes
