Last year I bought a sampler on bc I which would consider mainly post rock which is quite good. You can download it for free if you enter 0 at the amount you want to pay(hope I remember that correctly).

https://flutteryrecords.bandcamp.com/album/free-sampler

Some songs from it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgSyFgGkfgU

In 2 or 3 songs somebody is singing, but most of the songs are instrumental.

Omar Rodriguez Lopez & John Frusciante - Don't really know how to describe this. It is interesting if you like experimental music. Maybe someone else can describe it better than me. -EDIT: Oh derp, you wanted something that "moves". This would not fit but i'll leave it in case someone else would like something slower with a more "background" sound.

Also, check out candyrat records. There is a lot of instrumental guitar music there, both electric and acoustic.

Game music maybe? Seventh Saga remix of seven songs redone using the cello. Listened to it maybe a few dozen times in the background.
I had the pleasure to see this Russian band live tonight. It's mostly instrumental, but there are some (or very few) songs that have vocals as well.

Messer Chups
Like rtcvb32 wrote there's of course plenty of great game music which is to 99% instrumental I'd say.
I've to offer the Unreal Gold Soundtrack, which has many many memorable hooks like Unreal Crypt, , [url=https://youtu.be/9IISjIMpepo?t=10964]Nagomi Passage (Day) or Hub 3 / Sun Spire ( which developes later into one of my favourites in game music).

Oh, and these two of Ground Control 2 are also among my favourites: GC2 Main Theme & GC2 Track 8. True Pearls.

The Card City Nights soundtrack is nice if you're not in a classical mood. I find it to be very good for getting either mental or physical work done.
Sooo many tunes to listen to. I love it. Ya'll are amazing.
I agree game sound tracks tend to have a ton of great instrumentals. Many of them are even remixed, ocremix, rocked, reorchestrated, and many other renditions etc. If you are into that I will find some time to look some up again. Also anything posted that particularly fits your definition of "moves"?

Just some examples (most of these are older games so you would need to look for album remakes -official or fan made - or later games in the series' OST if you don't like synthesized sounds). I'll edit and link ones if you are interested in these type.

Donkey Kong Country
seventh saga (as rtcvb32 stated)
Adventures of Mana
Soul Blazer
Castlevania
Crystalis
Ys
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest.

Final Fantasy XI Distant worlds "House Elevator mix"

If you are looking for non game music I'll have to think about that.

What about Electro Swing?. Or is swing too movey? May be a bit hard to find ones void of vocals though.
