The Indie Gala page is very misleading. You don't get Trine if you pay less than $1 so there's 3 different pay level's not just 2.

As there info Link says:

You have to pay at least $1 to unlock Trine!

Purchases less than $1 will receive the DRM free version of You Are Empty.

Also, to prevent abuses, we had to put few simple rules:
1) Only purchases worth at least $1 will obtain GalaPoints
2) It Will not be possible to buy gifts worth less than $1
3) Only BTA people will be qualified 'early buyer' for the Happy Hour ( if an HappyHour will be ). In a few words: Happy Hour is only for BTA people.

Did not imagine anyone paying less then a buck

Some people will pay just a few cents unfortunatly.
They really should have the $1 info on the front page instead of having to click a link.
