Ubivis: it is every second week (as GOG said). So this would be today ;)
To be precise, it's every first and third Wednesday. Some months (There's probably one with five Wednesdays in it) will lead inevitably to sorrow and confusion when there's no GOG Gem promo for two consecutive Wednesdays.
