stonebro: How long did this take, and how was his fitness level before he started?
It took several months (like 4 or 5) of intense dieting, and hard, hard work in the gym. He was always a bit of gym rat, but that was always more to try and stay in shape (he likes pizza and beer too much LOL) but about 4 or 5 months ago he decided instead of just working out to work off the beer, he wanted a new goal. So his fitness level was probably better than most when he started. For example, his arms and chest weren't anything near what they are in the pic, but they were already developed pretty good.

Believe me, neither you (nor I) want anything to do with that diet. That thing was unlike anything I've ever heard of. He would at times eat exactly the same thing for like two weeks in a row (PLAIN breast of chicken and PLAIN broccoli). Then he would have to switch to something less protein and more carbs and it would be something else for a couple of weeks and, well, I don't know all of it. I just know I couldn't do it, and he was starting to really get sick of chicken in the last couple of weeks.

Oh, and he is 30.

N0x0ss: I bet the Chinese tatoo on his chest says :"I Love you Dad" !
Actually that's partially right :P. It says "Love and Might".

Much respect to him, OldFatGuy :)
