Just to categorise the games you've listed there: These are encumbered with licence problems. As far as I can tell, EA's licence to use the Godfather property has expired, and I doubt we'll ever see it released again anywhere. As far as I know, Black and White isn't owned by EA, it's owned by Lionhead, which in turn is owned by Microsoft, and we all know what those fuckers are like with DRM. Road Rash has problems with the music licensing.

Likelihood? Roughly zero. These are all EA's own properties, and to the best of my knowledge all unencumbered, but at the same time, all of these have been released with DRM, and to date, no EA title that formerly had DRM has been released here. Will it change? Possibly and hopefully.

In the case of Crysis, Crysis 1 had been released DRM-free, and obviously all of the Command and Conquer games except Red Alert 3 and C&C 4 were DRM-free.

Likelihood: Around the 50% mark. Again, these are all held by EA, and all of them have been released free of DRM, which means that EA is likely to be very open to re-releasing these DRM-free. As mentioned above, the earlier C&C titles were all DRM-free, which includes them in this list, as well as Crysis 1.

Finally, an explanation! I wondered what, aside from possible compatibility issues, was keeping it back from here. I actually made a thread about this last week or so and nobody was really sure what was going on...

Lionhead(and hence MS) owns the Black & White IP it self. But EA was the retail publisher and they may well have sufficient rights to release them here. Just as 3D Realms had sufficient rights to release Terminal Velocity here, even though I do believe Terminal Reality owns the IP on that.

Well, with the reveal of Jade Empire, it looks like my credit card will be safe until at least Thursday. It may be a good game, but it's not on my list of day 1 purchases.

But Terminal Reality already had content on GOG. While EA has a ton of stuff here now, Microsoft doesn't.

So? I don't see how that is relevant since Terminal Velocity was put up by 3D Realms and not Terminal Reality. Are you even sure the Bloodrayne games where put up by Terminal Reality? They appear to be put up by Majesco not Terminal Reality. If EA has the right to put up the Black & White games they have that right no matter if Microsoft is signed to GOG or not. If EA's publishing rights to Blakc & White cover GOG and they haven't sold them since then MS is irrelevant as far as B&W being on GOG or not.
