Thing is: I once had a problem with the kayran LMB-mashing QTE, so I needed a member of this community -name is Saren I think- to complete that phase for me, so I could continue my playthrough. But I had ran into the same problem again, this time with the QTE you have to complete in order to throw oil to the Kaedwen soldiers in the beginning of the defence of Vergen -as you have probably guesses I am following Iorveth's path-. So, I have a question and a request:
-For those who have beated the game once in this path: once this QTE is over, will I find any more of the kind? If that's so I will have to give up. If not, I will be able to beat anything else the game has to offer.
-If the answer is "No", could anyone complete for me that QTE? I think my computer is having some problems -it's a very modest PC- and thats why I cannot complete the LMB-mashing QTEs -according to a friend that had the same problem-, as my PC doesn't proccess the clicks correctly within the amount of time given.
Of course, I need help only with this QTE -if is the last one of the kind to be found in the playthrough-, so I would be very grateful if somebody beats the QTE for me and posts the savegame right after that moment, so I can continue defending Vergen.

Here is the savegame, right after talking to Zoltan before the beginning of the battle, when he sends you to activate the mechanism for throwing boiling oil to the Kaedwenis:

Is it just the ones where you have to fill the slider bar or do you also have slow reactions in normal combat? I'm wondering if changing the mouse settings either for your whole computer or in-game might help?

I'm not to that point in this play through, so I'm not sure if I can play your save yet, I know others here are better at that sort of thing. I'm DLing it, but not sure what I'm doing, so we'll see :)

I've already tried. I have had sometimes trouble with my hardware reaction in combat -especially when the number of enemies is higher than four or five-, but the trouble seems to get worst in the ones where the slider bar is to be feel by LMB-mashing".

The problem is I have the lower configuration graphic settings by default, as my PC couldn't stand a chance if I set higher the graphical level of this game. I also tried to change the mouse's sensitivity, with no results.

I must have done something strange, it hijacked my browser and installed 5 programs, too. better now, but I don't think I'm going to get the file.

Hopefully, someone who can use that site can help you, sorry.

There is no similar QTE (LMB to fill up bar) after this, AFAIK.

p/s: Just for fun, go back to the part where you can't complete the QTE. Cast Aard on an enemy while facing the open space :)

Thanks a lot. It doesn't work, but I think that's because I don't have the game patched, I still have it on 1.0 version. Thank you anyway. I'll try to patch the version and see if it works.

I have updated it to 1.2, this save doesn't work. Thanks for your help, but I would somebody to do what I request again, and see if the save works this time.

What do you mean by the save not working? Does the save not show in when you are trying to load it? Or do you crash to the Desktop when you try to load it?

It doesn't appear in the list of savegames when I go to select it in the menu, but I have made sure that it is in the folder where savegames are kept.

Patch 1.2 should have solved your savegame problem.

Thanks for your help, and yes, now it worked out! You have really made my day, although I don't know if I am more happy because of the saves or because of knowing there are no more LMB-mashing QTEs in this game.
