Hi guys, I come up on a pretty annoying bug, I can´t get a red haze bomb (when you hit enemies with that, they go crazy and start fighting each other - pretty funny and usefull). I can create the bomb in the alchemy state, but the bomb doesn´t appear in my inventory! I hadn´t this kind of difficulty in Chapter 2!! But in Chapter 3 I can´t really make it! Does anybody has the same observations? Or does anybody knows any solutions? Thanks for replies!

I have a similar problem:

I'm in the mines under Vergen and even if I craft Cat Potion it will not appear on my inventory and I can't drink it!
I need help because I can't see down here
