East of Kaer Trolde there are 2 "?". I can't seem to find a way to get to them. I have found the Ancient Crypt on the North coast but can't get into that either. Can anybody help pleas?

You will get the opportunity to visit these caves later on during the main quest.

I am not sure at which point of story you are but I think that those points are acesable during mission when you go underground. You have to sail to the Northern one, which is a cave only accessible by sea. The other one should be the back end of that cave, but it might be closed off for now as an important quest takes place there later.
