From the beginning it works good, but later It begins to freeze every 5 minutes or even every few seconds. Picture is frozen, but sound goes on. Because of this the game is unplayable! It's not a game of the year, but more like a rubbish of the year! By the way, my PC fits to requirements!!!

Asked support team about this and what I got? Absolutely nothing! Message got ignored, because support team is just a facade, who's there to fool customers, to make them think in case if something happens there will be a support. No, there won't be, because all they care aout is your money!

I suggest you to not buy this rubbish of the year on PC!

Man, chill. The only reason you have such problems - you have problems with hardware or your OS.

No, I don't have problems with my hardware or OS! Checked everything twice! I wouldn't write this if my hardware or OS would be responsible for these issues!

Well, then something is wrong for sure :) For example i and few millions of people dont have such problems with their game.

I have 5-year old PC and my game run really smooth. Same for PS4.

What PC you have? Processor, GPU, how much RAM and what OS?

And this is crap that you write about support. If there is something wrong with game, they will return you money.

That's not crap! I explained this issue them politely and my message got ignored. I would understand if this would've happened if I would've been rude, but I wasn't.

Yeah, but there are other people, who has the same or very similar issues and they have better PC than mine so I'm not the only one!

I begin to think this game is one of those games, which will run smoothly only if you have NVIDIA graphics card.

They respond within 24h usually. I have experience with 2 games that dont run on my hardware. Got refund without problems within 2 days(support tried to help me with games).

I work as IT-technician, PC/notebook remont. There are some games with horrible optimization(or no optimization at all), but witcher 3 is not one of them. And if people have problem with Witcher 3, there are only few reasons: faulty hardware, just old hardware or problems with their OS(drivers, viruses, some crapware etc). I played W3 on AMD Phenom 2 x4 965 with R9 270x, 8 GB ram and ssd. Really old machine, but i can run witcher 3 on medium-high settings with 30 fps average. Not that smooth sometimes, but no freezes or non-playable bahaviour.

And you didnt tell us your PC specs, as i asked.

There wasn't any response from them about a month! My PC is good enough to play W3, at least, on mid/low settings From the beginning there wasn't any freezing! It begun to happen after kaer morhen, when I had to find Yennefer and it became worse and worse! From the beginning I also could play on highest settings, but not when this issue begun. Everything in PC is updated and works fine!

I dont ask you for your bank credentials. I wanted to help you, but i cant do that without knowing on what machine you play. Whats wrong about telling us your pc specs? Looks like Hickory is right, you just prefer to cry here. And now i understand why support may ignore you. They cant help or refund you, if they dont know your pc specs.
