hanshan Have the original disk, which cant run now without a comped custom patch. Original software assets were suspiciously lost right after Westwood was acquired. WOULD SELL LIKE HOTCAKES if GOG could ever get it.

Haggis63 QUick edit; because of a TSR when i was installing the game; it started without the disc, after a reeboot the CDs are still needed but it runs fine
Haggis63 If you have the original CD's still and you can't get it to run properly, then download this excellent installer and updated HDFRAMES.DAT file. It installs the whole game. Absolute BRILLIANT no CDs needed

slartibartfasts Sadly we looked into getting this game remastered but it's just so diffucult to achieve as Westwood merged with Virgin so the rights transfered to Virgin but Virgin sold Westwood to EA because of financial issues and to further complicate things , Virgin was sold to Titus who were then taken over by Interplay (well their intellectual property was) and to cut a long story short the IP could be owned by Interplay, EA but then it also gets more complex because if it' belonged to Interplay it could belong to anyone as they sold their IP off to anyone who bid enough.
That leads us on to who owns the rights to Blade runner is it Ridley Scott, Warner Bros or Phillip K Dick.
We also attempted to aquire the rights to the Discworld Games and this was simple in comparison to the ownership rights to the Discworld Games.
Maybe one day we will get them remasted as we havent given up but it's been hard work and after three years we are only slightly closer to working out who owns the rights to both Blade Runner and Discworld.
Fingers crossed we will get their and when we do GOG will be the first place we release them.

Translator88 never have been a fan of Blade Runner universe. But after I saw a new sequel in 2017 called Blade Runner 2049, I changed my mind about this franchise. The movie is awesome, it's like a breath of fresh air among shitty movies that are shooting nowadays. And I think it will be good to see this old point and click adventure on my GOG shelf among other games.

16bit40 Had a boxed copy of this i got from a bargain bin years ago. And I played it last year ,it was a good experience.There's a Windows 10 patch on a german website it and it worked ok all the way through the game on Windows 10.

Jules451 This game totally deserves being resurrected. It's pretty much impossible to buy it anymore, and making it work on modern PCs is a serious pain.
PraetorianWolfie It's definitely worth a playthrough. Or a few. Some things change between playthoughs (who is Replicant, who isn't) and you can play the main character's choices differently as well.
AccessGranted Is it worth a playthrough? I liked the movie and the game came out when I was like 7 lol.
