Purchase Soundtracks without Game

It would be a great service if i could purchase game soundtracks without needing the game they belong to. Right now all the Soundtracks while i can purchase them, have a note about requiring the game they are attached to.

I would really think it would be beneficial to everyone if Soundtracks could be sold separately as a Stand Alone thing.

Too bad that other users do not want to support such a wish because it is one of the greatest among all I could find. Steam store is in the leading position in this plan. The Ubisoft store does not have such a feature. EA store is also without it. Epic Games store - need to visit it and find how soundtracks look like there.

I voted for it, I want to have the opportunity to buy soundtracks separately from games! We can imagine situation when I do not like the game, but I like the soundtrack and want to buy the soundtrack to support the artist! That situation may be pretty often, I like to listen to soundtracks more often than to play games. +++ Everyone who wants to support such a great initiative - vote for this wish and leave comments to signal our position.

To that suggestion I would add to offer a lower price if one owes the game, and regular price when one doesn't. That would still encourage to buy the game, which GOG wants, and reward support and loyalty. But the prices for OSTs need to drop overall though. GOG should also really consider selling the soundtracks in goodies one gets with the game purchase for 0,50EUR or so separately. And at least drop the prices to a fixed price of 2-4EUR after a year on the store. The costs of creating and maintaining separate pages for these soundtracks is probably more than what you're missing out on separate purchases.

I completely agree with this suggestion. Even in Steam store, u can buy soundtracks, without buying the game.
