Keep it clean

Remove own vote from wishes (unvote).
All my votes were for the correct wishes, but not having this remove vote functionality is strange.
I need this now too... Disappointed that it can't be done.
I accidentally voted for something I didn't agree with so having the option to retract votes would be nice.
Or down-votes
This needs to be done. I accidentally pressed vote on games I didn't want to vote for.
Besides accidental upvoting, this would also help with the duplication issues.
Yep, really need the unvote button, just voted for the opposite of my wish due to unclear description. :-(
At least if you accidentially voted for a feature you don‘t want to come than there should be certain time period being able to unvote.
Ever have this happen to you?: Gee, that game looks good *Click* crap that was the one under it! I don't care for that! Aaaaand I cant unvote it.
Well, that's why we need this.
I want to unvote this wish.
Upvoted a game by accident as well, can't remove my +1
i would want this just so we can hide some of the dumb useless stuff and bring forth stuff that can be done or possibly done
Either unvote or add a confirmation. Maybe a time limit on for how long you can wait to remove?
Accidentally upvoted a stupid idea. I can't unvote? Seriously? Maybe GoG programmers should try attending the 2nd lesson on programming where they teach that unvoting is a basic feature. *facepalm*
Additionally it would be great if we could delete the comments we've made in wishlist comment section.
Wow, this isn't a thing? I didn't even realise it until I actually tested on this very wish. Yep, no takesies backsies. That wouldn't be so bad... UNLESS YOU REALISE misclicks are a thing, especially since there's no confirmation requested.
Come on GoG this is a basic feature.
Sheet, I just accidentally clicked on this. I don't want this feature, how do I unvote?! We need to be able to unvote!
Just noticed that this wasn't already the case. Though a largely minor issue and low in priority, it would still be appreciated for rectifying misclicks and changing your mind. +1
When you look at the "completed" wishes that have maybe a couple hundred votes and the easily technically feasible wishes with thousands of votes, it's not really surprising they don't care about this (and the other usability/searchability wishlist items).
I am sure to make a mistake one day and will need to take a vote back.
Still can't do this...
Additionally, I accidentally voted "no" on somebody's comment, just when I was clicking back to the page, and now there's no way for me to undo that. Please add an "undo" feature! It would be nice to be able to review all your votes and be able to correct them.
For me it was Wishing for Age Of Empires 2 HD version which that is actually the Steam version and there is no normal HD version unless you use mods
I would love to be able to unvote something. Especially where it concerns duplicate entries or accidental votes due to page loading issues.

@OrinaRemanebit Same thing here ! Saw a wish title, thought "not bad" then read the description post voting and regreted ... I'll take my time now, but unvoting would be really nice x) I mean, you can blind vote like I just did and regret, or you can also change your mind over time, so it's kind of important to be able to cancel said vote.
why isnt this already here?
I agree that this is really needed since most of the people here could have accidentally voted for a wish or two that they never even intended to vote before. I'm one of those people. For my case, I did it on purpose without having the fully picture of what was being wished. I had regretted for what I did before I found this! I hope this wish gets satisfied by GOG.
Oops, didn't mean to vote for this. Where's the unvote button?
@Engerek01 you can only upvote things on the GOG wishlists :)
I agree. Accidentally voted on a wish that is directly conflicting with my opinion and a wish I had made. I wish to unvote it :P
Certainly a needed feature. Also, it would be awesome if we could see how we voted. I look at old games and I see I voted for a game but it doesnt show if I voted up or down.
I have many upvotes I want to undo.
Maybe it's not coming, but we shouldn't lose hope :P
Seeing as this was requested a few years ago and still not implemented, I don't think it's coming. :( I too would want a feature like this. I accidentally voted on the wishlist to allow Steam games to be activated on GOG which I personally think is a downright silly wish since Steam and GOG are two different companies. I know it's not much but I still want to remove that one upvote I gave.
This, along with the ability to remove & edit your own comments/posts needs to be added!
This should happen.
YES. I really would like to unvote my vote for Grim Fandango today, which has turned out now to be a vote for the remastered version. It's a principle thing, I voted for the original, not for the remastered one!
This should only be implemented to avoid voting by accident. Like disabling the un-vote button after a fixed amount of time (some minutes?)
So True, I just voted for "Steam like Client program for GOG DRM free games and bonus content !!!" and then realised it was a bunch of people who want a Steam looking client which AUTO-UPDATES! Quite possibly my most hated feature of Steam. And if you own 1000 games, who wants to have to turn it off for each one, WTF!
Anyways, I want my vote back!
It could certainly be simpler than it is now.
In my opinion, spammers shouldn't have access to forums if they're abusing the posting system. I don't mean someone innocently posting something by accident, but people who purposefully abuse the system shouldn't just be allowed to do so forever.
Reporting requires admins' help and thus is way slower to work. Additionally admins cannot fully ban a user who bought some games and preventing him from posting may theoretically deprive him of support for his games. It's all not so simple... :-\
IMO, the most effective way to deal with spammers is by reporting them. They shouldn't even have a place in the rep system.
What about spammers? We can at least bury them now by downrepping them.
The point is pretty clear. It limits griefers down-repping or antagonizing other forum-goers.
An "up-vote only" system is actually a very simple and robust rep-system that is both difficult to abuse and easier to moderate.
Instead of moderators being called in to deal with both positive and negative rep-system abuse, they can concentrate only on the former and lessen their potential work-load.
Don't see the point to this.
Accidently voted for Crazy Taxi 2. There is no Crazy Taxi 2 for PC. Wanted to vote for Crazy Taxi 3.
I just voted on something immensely stupid based on the title but apparently the description didn't match my understanding. Now voting for vote cancellation! :)
There are so many possible scenarios. Maybe I wishlisted a game but then bought it elsewhere.
