There is currently almost no reason to buy games on GOG, as UAH prices are usually 10-50% lower on Steam for the Ukraine region. They're losing a big chunk of market here

velorom For GOG, publishers for Ukraine choose a price that usually corresponds to the CIS region in Steam. But there is a separate pricing policy for Ukraine on Steam, which is cheaper than the CIS region.
Therefore, without a separate currency for Ukraine, games in GOG are more expensive than in Steam (sometimes even quite a bit), so players mostly choose Steam to buy games rather than GOG.
I believe that with the addition of the hryvnia, sales from Ukraine in the GOG store will increase (not to mention the convenience of paying in the national currency).
Charodiy_UA The Ukrainian language needs to be implemented not only into Galaxy software but also into the store Site itself same as for all pages that are available for gamers. Ukrainian currency - Grivna needs to be one of the currencies in the Gog store.
When both the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian Grivna are implemented Gog store will become a more attractive and available store for Ukrainians in all countries of the Planet!!!

QWEEDDYZ Been in GOG API some time ago as seen by gog-db (fork of gogdb, now defunct). And never implemented. Currently there is no UAH in GOG API. Just some info backstory.

goldenapple3 You'd think that since GOG is a Poland-based company, they'd show some care for fellow Slavic nations, but I guess not.
I also don't understand why adding currencies seems to be such a big effort for them, but I digress.
