Caverns of Khafka (1983)

by Cosmi Corporation
Genres:Platform, Arcade
Themes:Action
Game modes:Single player
Story:Find 5 holy seals in a labyrinth and attach them to the gate at the temple of Pharao Khafka to open the gate. Enter the tomb, outwit the ghost guards and get the treasure. . . . . This sounds easy, but it is not, because the people of the pharao does not live any more but all lockings and traps still work well. Furthermore, evil bugs, rolling and falling rocks, magma and bats obstruct the search. And finally, some tunnels and channels are very narrow so that our brave treasure hunter (or tomb raider) must crawl through them to avoid hurting his head. In the unlikely event that you find all seals and get to the guards of the treasure, the most dagnerous task will follow, as you need to pass the guard without touching it. If this succeeds the adventurer will be awarded the Treasure of the Pharao, if not he will die a cruel death. . .Show more

Spider-Man: Edge of Time
Spider-Man: Edge of TimeSpider-Man: Edge of Time is a follow-up to Shattered Dimensions, and similarly it has more than one Spider-Man takes a starring role. Here, it is the regular, classic "Amazing" Spider-Man, and Spider-Man 2099 – in a story awash in time travel, temporal battles, and Anti-Venom. The backbone of this story seems to play out more like a Spider-Man 2099 story, since he is the only character truly aware of the happenings in the game, and the changes that both Spider-Men encounter. From the opening, things are bleak for Amazing Spider-Man who begins the game nearly dead, and 2099 is the only one who can help. A new villain Walker Sloan enters the picture with a plan to rebuild the past (from the year 2099) in his image and design, which turns to affect both Spider-Men. From this point, chaos unfolds in typical comic-book fashion with gameplay evenly split between Amazing Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2099, with every other level interwoven with the events of one Spidey to the other.

Silk Worm
Silk WormSilkworm is a classic horizontally-scrolling shoot-em-up. The main difference between this game and many other side-scrolling shoot-em-ups is that you will be on land as well as in the air. The first player would play as a helicopter, but if a second player joins the game, they would play as a jeep. Both players would have to protect each other as well as themselves. After a certain number of kills, a "goose" helicopter would form on the screen. If the players managed to destroy it they would get a weapon's powerup. This would go on throughout the entire game, and a "goose" could appear even during the fight with the end-of-level baddie.
