The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered - Deluxe Edition

Even though it's a new game as such I obviously have no memories of this game I have played the original version through GOG. Oblivion is a fantastic game with an interesting world to explore and interesting systems, this remaster looks to make it easier to access for many people, while giving the game an admittedly needed face lift, which is great. Additionally, I love having my game series be collected in central places as is the case with the Elder Scrolls series but this one isn't here. Not to mention just having the game through the GOG storefront is preferable to me, Steam is a mighty fine platform but I do prefer using GOG and would buy the game should it become availale.

The game has a unique charm and style to it. Also, the medic is probably my favorite iteration of a healer in any MMO. I'd really to play this again, it was everything I wanted in an mmo.

I just wanna buy it on GOG. I despise Steam and their practices and prefer to own products I purchase. As for the game itself, I only clocked in 2 hours on a copy found on open seas and I really like it. So much in fact, I want developer to have my money.

DOOM was the second shooter that I played (the 1st was Heretic) and I am a fan ever since. As for DTDA I will wait for it as long as it takes to get it on GOG. How long you ask? Well, these days I'm having fun for the first time with DOOM (2016), recently released on GOG. I also got it dirt cheap (not so important though) and virtually bug free. Why wait so long? Because I hate DRM.

Terranigma is among the most outstanding SNES titles of all time. What impresses me the most about it is that it was clearly built on a thematic bedrock. Every decision made by the developers stemmed from an unmistakable central vision, which is mirrored and strengthened everywhere. Every detail feels lovingly handcrafted, and all of it is created in service to that foundational motif, that bedrock that grounds every aspect of the game into just the most beautiful message on Earth. That said, articulating what this game is really about is really difficult. The developers used the term "duality" to describe it, but I honestly feel like it goes so much deeper than that. This game sets out to help the player understand the beauty and sanctity of life and enables you to gain an appreciation for your own unique life experiences. It does this from the perspective of the planet itself, giving an absolutely unique view of humanity for this era of gaming. Terranigma communicates its message through a feeling, through abstraction that speaks to the emotions rather than the intellect. It does this through quiet and subtle means—things like the consequence of player choices and well-constructed symbolism that contains incredible depth. Terranigma's soul exists in the feeling generated by these contemplative moments and the lovely soundtrack that accompanies them. This game makes me laugh, it gives me rushes of nostalgia for the time of my childhood, it's exciting and fun to play—very well designed—but it also makes me tear up when the credits roll, generating a deep sense of sadness and finality that are difficult to shake. It's a game that leaves a lasting impression and stands as one of my favorites of all time. While there may not be many who have recognized the efforts of the brilliant developers at Quintet, I want to give them my recognition now, and thank them for such a remarkably crafted work of art. If you haven't played Terranigma, I could not recommend it more.

If it's gonna be in GOG, it needs to be titled "DOOM ETERNAL - COMPLETE EDITION" which contained the Game, The two Expansions and Cosmetics Content + the Ultimate Mick Gordon soundtrack that is still on limbo, because Bethesda and id Software are giant d!ck$ for not wanting to pay the Australian more.

I probably end up buying on Steam for now (to support the devs), but honestly I prefer to buy my games at GOG. I hope we get to the point of simultaneous releases in steam/gog for new games. Tempest Rising

This is one of the most exciting RTS releases of the past decade. It'd be great to see this game on GOG. Tempest Rising is an excellent RTS inspired greatly by Command and Conquer games, especially Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars.

True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 3

I bought and played True Fear 1 and 2 from GOG and I really loved this game and I really hope GOG picks up part 3. I much prefer to continue my purchase of True Fear: Forsaken Souls 3 from GOG than elsewhere.

Dito, I am so sick of the the the big companies trying to tell customers they don't own what they pay for anymore yet that is what it mean when you purchase a product. Despite what there anti consumer privacy polices say. If we don't own what we pay for in games then we won't pay full price. I don't on console, I wait for deep sales for any exclusives.

Multiversus was a game I absolutely adored back when it first released. It was funny. It was creative, But best of all, it was unique. A fighting game with characters across different Warner Bros franchises. Oh man! I'm still geeking out about it! It is such a shame that Warner Bros. Fumbled it so badly. All because of greedy bigots. Multiversus didn't deserve the fate that it got. It had so much potential to become a truly awesome game. I would give anything to see it return in a more shiny spotlight.

Doom VFR

I enjoyed this game far more than I thought I would. It is like a stand-alone expansion to Doom 2016, expanding the lore and taking place at the same time, but you play a different protagonist. Given its VR-nature it was slightly more "Scary", evoking some Doom 3 vibes. Please preserve this gem DRM-FREE too! Now that we have Doom 2016, this should not be impossible. I'm sure Bethesda would be more protective of Doom Eternal than Doom VFR. Yes, most people don't care about VR, but GOG does have a few VR titles and I'd love to have this too. Yes, it's Bethesda's call, but also a matter of GOG actually asking for it.

Fury of the Furries

This is one of the grandfathers of platforming and a really unique one, with different Furries (fluff ball like aliens with wacky colors and abilities), each color having a different abilities, like a fire breathing red one and a green one that swings from a rope it shoots, like Spider-man. You were to solve and survive many different levels and each one was a challenge, mind you. It had so much personality that it can easily be a cartoon series. Gameplay is like Lost Vikings with more action, the furries trying to serve their king and blazing through many levels with different concepts. It also has a sequel in the works with a gameplay trailer too. This is a solid and classic Good Old Game that it is despicable that it is not already on GOG. It is one of the forgotten classics of platforming which was so much ahead with it's gameplay and a must play for the lovers of the genre.

Dante's Inferno

The dream that it would be if i ever see this game on PC. Hours and hours of playing this gem, motivated me to read The Divine Comedy to know more about the nine circles of Hell. All that there is about this game is stupendous, even that it's known as a God Of War clone, it has it's own image and presence, fuelled by outstanding levels marked by personality of each circle and unique bosses corrupted by each sin, solid combat mechanics, a decent soundtrack and a very compelling, grim and sad story. Brings back too many good times playing and talking about it with some friends back in the day. I just hope to see and play it again, perhaps in some near future...

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter

Years ago, while looking on GOG for some good JRPGs (my favorite genre), there were (and still are!) not many to be found and I came to the realization that Japanese developers and publishers don't like the PC platform in general and are so obsessed about "protecting" their game (against piracy, modders...) that the situation was unlikely to improve, and it sure didn't that much. The only exception to that sad situation is, up to now, Nihon Falcom. No matter who is publishing them, all their games have been made available on GOG, and those past few years all of them on Day 1. I've been vocal on the forum towards NISA and their terrible pricing but at least they had the decency to keep the tradition alive and keep releasing Falcom games here. I had a lot of great times these past 5 years playing the Trails series, the Ys series and Tokyo Xanadu. Sure, Falcom games are not perfect, far from it actually, they are not masterpieces despite hardcore fans trying to convince the world otherwise but I would say they have a lot of charm, are fun to play and I'm looking forward to continue exploring future Falcom games. Unfortunately, it appears that Falcom decided to switch to a new publisher (GungHo) for "Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Remake", a publisher that doesn't seem to be willing to release any of their games on GOG. I hope GOG will manage to work their magic and convince this publisher to release here at least whichever Falcom games they have already licensed or will license in the future, but if not and Falcom keeps licensing their games to GungHo, I guess it'll be time for me to part ways with those franchises. I'm looking forward to the release of "The Legend of Heroes: Trails beyond the Horizon" by NISA later this year and really hope it won't be my last Falcom games. Love to you all Trails, Ys and Falcom fans on GOG.

While the story isn’t groundbreaking, it leans into its absurdity, delivering a punk-rock Mad Max vibe with over-the-top vehicles, mutant convoys, and neon-soaked towns. The tone may be wild, but the gameplay is razor-sharp. Bringing RAGE 2 to GOG would let it live on DRM-free, giving players the freedom to mod, tinker, and enjoy it without restrictions. It’s the kind of cult classic that benefits from second chances—and GOG is the perfect place for that. If you love high-octane FPS action with attitude, RAGE 2 is a hidden gem that deserves a lot more love.

The first game I ever bought on Steam was Magicka. I think I stumbled across it during a sale over 10 years ago. The unique spellcasting system and quirky humor instantly drew me in, and over the years, I’ve spent more than 2000 hours in the game. It’s fair to say it was a huge part of my life for a long time. Despite its flaws, Magicka always brought me joy—first through learning and mastering the spellcasting mechanics, and later through intense PvP sessions and modding the game. But let’s be honest: the game was never technically perfect. It’s always been buggy, with random crashes and strange glitches being part of the experience. Still, that was part of its charm—for a while. Things took a real downturn in 2018 when an update from an internal dev studio at Paradox Interactive was pushed to the game. They introduced hot-join, which seemed like a godsend at first, but whatever code they concocted made Magicka nearly unplayable. Constant crashes, severe multiplayer issues, desyncs—it became impossible to enjoy the game as it once was. What frustrates me even more is that Paradox portrays itself as a company that supports modding and community creativity. Yet when modders, including myself, reached out for tools or permissions to fix Magicka, their requests were denied or ignored. Thankfully, a few dedicated players and skilled programmers are still trying to salvage what’s left. They’re patching, experimenting, and doing everything they can to keep the game alive. But as long as the official version remains broken, the player base will continue to shrink. And when those few remaining modders eventually give up—I pray this never happens—Magicka will be gone for good, and Paradox Interactive will try to sweep their failure under the rug, just like they did with Magicka: Wizard Wars and the Magicka mobile game. It’s a sad fate for such a unique and innovative title.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter

FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Silent HillSilent Hill is the first installment in the Silent Hill series of psychological survival horror video games. Unlike earlier survival horror games that focused on protagonists with combat training, the main character Harry Mason is an average man. The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. The player must regularly enter an inventory screen to check Harry's health, use items, and equip different weapons.

Ershin Ershin wears completely sealed armor to protect her from any kind of curse. Since she wears the armor all the time, no one knows her real face or background. She meets the party in a mysterious place polluted by a curse and decides to join them. Ursula Ursula is a middle-class leader of the Fou Empire. She came to the eastern continent in search of dragons, and meets up with Ryu and his companions. Ursula was brought up in the military, and knows very little about worldly concerns. She is excellent at attacking with both magic and weapons. Fou-Lu Fou-lu unified the western continent single-handedly with his paranormal powers. He became the first emperor of the Fou Empire several hundred years ago. Despite his youthful look, he has mystic dignity. It is said that he predicted his own resurrection as he passed away. Stronger and faster than a human being, coupled with a thirst for blood that must be satisfied regularly, he is able to dispatch his killers quickly. However, Mortanius and other forces seek to use him as a tool in a greater plot. Mortanius is of the Circle of Nine, the guardians of the Pillars of Nosgoth. These pillars, connected to the world and balancing the forces, have become corrupted and the Circle members been driven mad. At the Pillars, Kain meets Ariel - a former guardian of the Pillar of Balance, now a spirit after being murdered by an unseen assailant. She informs Kain of his relation to the Pillars and that the only way for him to restore the balance is to seek out each guardian and kill them. The fate of Nosgoth may hang on Kain decisions.Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is an action game where the player controls the vampiric Kain. As a vampire, Kain is able to withstand sunlight, but is harmed by water. However, he is able to obtain several cursed abilities and spells such as being able to transform into a bat, wolf, and even a cloud mist respectively, as well as learning the ability to disguise himself from creatures of weaker mind. Kain is also fixated on murder and is a master of several ways to kill and destroy his opponents. As the enemies are slain in front of him, Kain may drink their blood to restore his health, which is always trickling away, representative of his insatiable craving. To aid in the slaughter of his enemies, Kain may equip different weapons and armor, each with its own unique properties.

How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?

Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.

Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?

A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.

How does my vote help to preserve games?

All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.

What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?

We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
