Ależ w to się nagrałem:) setki godzin ,każdym samochodem. W tamtych czasach grafika wyrywała z kapci,te detale aut, różnorodność tras.Do dziś do niej wracam.Niby wszystko poszło do przodu ale pierwszy Colin wciąga nadal jak mało która gra Byłoby fajnie zagrać na dzisiejszym sprzęcie w ten klasyk
I remember the European version where I would choose "Novice" difficulty and choosing the Renault Mégane Maxi blue and yellow rally car, and playing a lot when I had my first rig inherited from my cousin. This game, to me, was the precursor to like motorsports in general, and which set my path to be an IT professional nowadays. Remember that had an nVidia TNT2 GPU and a Pentium 3 CPU, as I saw that such rig's hardware was compatible with Windows XP after I upgraded the operating system. Colin McRae and Carlos Sainz Sr. good friendship and legacy will never be forgotten!
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2The Need for Speed series returns, this time reverting back to the 'chase' arcade experience instead of a racing simulation. Top speed racing is the name of the game, where you must outchase not just the opposing drivers, but the cops.
Choose from a selection of today's (and yesterday's) top sports cars, including the Ferrari F50, Porsche 911 and a range from the likes of Ford, Corvette, BMW, Lotus, Mercedes, Aston Martin, the McLaren F1 and a lot more.
The competitive race mode allows you to take on other drivers and beat them to the line. A selection of tracks allows you to not only dodge incoming traffic, but perform deadly jumps and stunts to receive points. These points, combined with the points recieved from your finishing position, can unlock new cars and tracks.
The Hot Pursuit mode combines all the major elements of the competitive mode with the chance to out run the cops. They will throw everything at you to try and stop you, including running you off the road, setting up road blocks and unleashing an attack helicopter equiped with missiles. Three busts by the cops ends the race.Action
Speedball 2: Brutal DeluxeSpeedball is a futuristic football-like game which takes place on a steel walled floored pitch, 160 feet long by 90 feet wide. There are two teams, and the team scoring the most goals wins. There is a goal at each end of the pitch and a ball warp tunnels in each side of the wall. The warp tunnels can warp a ball from one tunnel to another. The ball is launched from the center of the pit by the automatic launcher in a random direction. There also bounce domes, off of which the ball will be deflected, but over which players are free to move. This version of the game comes with a much better VGA graphics and Sound Blaster sounds. The game-play is also greatly enhanced.Action Science fiction
Speedball 2Brutal Deluxe doesn't live up to their name - in fact they're the worst team Speedball has ever seen. As their manager, it is your job to transform their fortunes. As well as the league system, which consists of 2 8-team divisions and challenges you to advance to the top, there are also 2 cup tournaments, one of which is played out over 2 'legs' with the aggregate score deciding who progresses.
You can play the matches as well, which is the real meat of the game. They consist of 2 90-second periods, and the gameplay is futuristic, fast and frantic, with heavy tackling encouraged to retrieve the ball. Power-ups and tokens appear on the pitch, including ones to make your players extra-tough or freeze the opponents.Action
