The physics for that period of time were great.
I remember playing this game (in hot seat mode) with my son and we had so much stress trying to land a damaged aircraft.
Our favorite game by far.
We still recall fond memories of it.

This setting was said to provide "an unprecedented degree of freedom to drive around in a virtual city".[2] Players can explore the city via one of several modes, and can determine the weather and traffic conditions for each race.
