I downloaded a Nintendo DS emulator on my first smartphone and played through the entire game in Japanese because I had no idea how to English patch games on my phone. My phone couldn't handle the emulator and it a ton of lag, load times, and desynced music. Still one of the best Fire Emblem experiences I had though.
I got to be best friends with Marth. How does that not make this game the best DS game of all time. The gameplay immaculate, art for the characters the best in the series. I wish more games had this art style. Killing Medeus a forth time really felt like how many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man.

The town of Burg is populated by harvesters, and you take control of two girls, Ellie and Lena. One day, they are sent to the island of Ien where they should study magic, and there begins their adventure. The game is a traditional Japanese-style RPG. You navigate your party through a top-down world, visiting towns and hostile areas. Enemy encounters are random, the battles are turn-based and are viewed from first-person perspective. Final Fantasy XI Online
Final Fantasy XI OnlineFinal Fantasy XI Online is the franchise's first MMORPG as well as the eleventh installment in the main series. FFXI was the world's first cross-console MMORPG, available for Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and Steam. Since its release in 2002, it has become the most financially successful title in the Final Fantasy series. Due to the nature of online RPGs, FFXI differs in that the player is not the only hero. Instead, each player creates a customizable character and adventures through the world of Vana'diel with other players; leveling up, exploring, completing missions, quests, and much more. Leveling up requires a group of people working together in what is called a Party, with each participant contributing their own skills to help take down a foe and gain Experience points. Battles occur in real-time, taking the ATB system to a new level, which was emulated again to a certain extent in Final Fantasy XII.
