A great classic-inspired JRPG, although it overstays its welcome. I was really engaged and committed for the first dozen hours, but it does eventually become kind of tedious (but not enough for me to drop it). Each character's story ranges from good to alright. I liked Ochette's and Throne's the most out of the main cast. Gameplay-wise, if you played the first Octopath Traveler game then you know what you're getting yourself into. I personally love the 'break and boost' system, but it does get slightly repetitive when you inevitably become overpowered. It could be more engaging and tense if they somehow also integrated the classic ATB system from older Final Fantasy games. That would definitely make battles feel more challenging and intense. Of course they had to go bigger with the sequel, making it a longer grind. For this reason, I actually like the first Octopath Traveler more in terms of level progression and would recommend it over this one. The first game is easily one of my favourite JRPGs of all time, and even though the sequel is great improvement to the original in so many different ways, it didn't blow me away like the first one did. So, if you loved the first game then I recommend getting your hands on this sequel, but if you only want to play one of them, then I'd go with the first game. Oh, and this game's soundtrack is absolutely incredible. This series has one of the best main theme songs I've ever heard. Up there with The Legend of Zelda, Halo, Dark Souls, The Elder Scrolls, Dragon Quest, Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy, etc. Seriously, its so good it somehow hits you with the feels even without context added.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight PrincessThe Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was initially developed with the Nintendo GameCube in mind, but ended up receiving a Wii port when it was released to promote the new console. This version has motion control compatibility for the sword and pointer controls for the menus, the bow and the boomerang. This version of the game has a completely inverted map and locations when comparing with the GameCube release. The change in layout was meant to adapt Link's usually left-handed design to right-handed people, given the motion controls.
