Better known in the west under the titles Puyo Pop, Kirby's Avalanche and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Puyo Pop Fever still follows the classic bubble-popping format (align four or more "puyos" to make them pop), but Sega also delivers completely overhauled visuals with a more hand-drawn look, an expanded roster of characters, and a new "Fever Mode" that cranks up the action to frantic degrees once players fill a "fever gauge" on their screen. This is the game that introduced Primp Town and all of it's silly characters to the Puyo Puyo universe and I couldn't be happier about that.
I remember having a lot of trouble beating Popoi for the first time and then finding out I have to complete the game with some crazy requirements for a secret character?!
The cutscenes are also really funny, either intentionally or not.
Honestly a super fun arcade style puzzle game that really deserves a re-release, as do all Puyo Puyo games released before Puyo Puyo Tetris.
I remember reading about this in Nintendo Power back in '04, and always wanted to try it, but was never able to find a copy... it wasn't until after playing Puyo Puyo Tetris that I got a chance to play it, and it quickly became one of my favorites!

Dune II: The Building of a DynastyDune II is often considered the first mainstream modern real-time strategy game and established many conventions of the genre. Even though set in Frank Herbert's famous Dune universe, the game is only loosely connected to the plot of any of the books or the films based from them. Controlling either of the three Houses, the player must fight a number of battles against the other Houses. In the early levels, the goal is simply to earn a certain number of credits, while in the later missions, all enemies must be destroyed.
The single resource in the game is the Spice, which must be collected by harvesters. The spice is converted to credits in a refinery, which are then spent to construct additional buildings and units. There are two terrain types: buildings can only be constructed on stone, while the Spice is only found on sand. However, units moving on sand attract the large sandworms of Dune, who are virtually indestructible and can swallow even large units whole. As levels progress, new and more advanced buildings and units are made available, including structures like a radar station, a repair facility or defense turrets and, for units, various ground troops, light vehicles and tanks. Each House can construct one unique special unit, and, after building a palace improvement, can unleash a unique palace effect.Science fiction

Each house has its own vice and virtue and the right selection could give the player right start to the game but he could learn as well as, later in the game with time. Once you choose a side, you to win the King’s challenge of producing the most amount of spice. It won’t be as easy as it sounds. For getting the control of the spices, the player has to fight over the other two houses by all means.
Dune 2000 is done with enough of stunt and live-in scenes to pep up the theme and there is a soothing sound score to add to the overall theme. It’s a game based on the Dune series book of Frank Herbert and gives the player a real pleasure of both combat and competition.Action Science fiction

KuonKuon is a horror game set in Heian period (12th century) in Japan. You control three protagonists in the game. The story revolves around a man named Doman, an exorcist who was summoned by one of the noblemen to investigate a cursed manor. His daughter Utsuki is out to search for him when he doesn't return, and her sister is charmed by demons inhabiting a mysterious castle, turning into a demon herself. A young girl named Sakuya, Doman's disciple, also ventures into the depths of the demonic world, to prove herself worthy of her master. Once the player completes Utsuki's and Sakuya's scenarios, they unlocks the third scenario where they experiences the story from the point of view of Doman himself.
The game is a mixture of third-person action and puzzle-solving. As in all survival horror games, your means of defense are limited and scarce. Unlike most games of the kind, physical attacks with weapons are not your only way to defend yourself against hordes of undead creatures.
