Story:A tactical strategy game similar in gameplay to Jagged Alliance. The player controls a contemporary team of mercenaries who are not only characterised by a set of skills or equipment, but also personal traits, what makes each of them a memorable individual.
The game content was intended to start a scandal. In addition to violence of close combat between cold blooded mercenaries, mobsters and corrupted policemen, expect vulgar language, adult themes (including prostitution or homosexual sex acts - that's how your team "blows off the steam", apart from taking drugs and drinking alcohol to excess). Game creators wanted to laugh up or at least parody everything: ranging from pop culture to church and politicians. No wonder the box screams "18 or older".

Gra o której sami jej twórcy opowiadają ze śmiechem i rozrzewnieniem... takie były czasy :D Nie jest to ani wielki hit, ani żadne arcydzieło ale dla mnie osobiście ma ogromne znaczenie jeśli chodzi o Polski Game Dev. Szokująca i zabawna jednocześnie, swego rodzaju specyficzny kamień milowy. Moim zdaniem każdy kto zna tę grę dla samego sentymentu do tamtych lat chciałby mieć ją w swojej kolekcji - więc nie pozwólmy tak po prostu o niej zapomnieć! ;)
"A co to za g****" jak mawiał klasyk. Otóż takie, zrobione na całe 30%, którego by nie powstydziłby się sam "Otyły Pan", ale śmieszki na bok. W Rezerwowe Psy nigdy nie grałem, ale chciałbym zobaczyć jak wyglądało nasze pierwsze rodzime "Jagged Alliance". Sam tytuł stanowi swego rodzaju wstydliwą przyjemność, ponieważ lubię ogrywać "niedopracowane" tytuły. Ciekawe czy Rezerwowe Psy da się zmodować :)

Battle of the YoustrassBattle of the Youstrass is a shareware Japanese-style tactical role-playing game.
The game takes place on the world of Youstrass where two countries share a single continent and where technology and magic co-exist. One of the countries, Kradion, is largely frozen. Its people are famous for their mercenary soldiers and mechanical fighters. The other country, Welfrad, is prosperous and fertile. Kradion depends on imported food. When the great famine struck there was no food available and times were hard, so Kradion attacked Welfrad, all but destroying Welfrad's royal knight units. Just a few ace units survived because they were not in the capital when the attack came.
Among these is Ryuke, aka Blue Wing, chief knight of the royal army, who pilots the elemental fighter Huben Drake. The game starts with Ryuke separated from surviving units. He must survive and join his comrades to wage guerrilla war on the enemy.
The game consists of large-scale tactical battles, which are played on an isometrically viewed map, only part of which can be seen at once. There is a mini map in the lower left of the screen which shows the whole game area and the location of any other units, both friends and foe. During actual battles between units the game switches to a different view which displays the combat.
