Story:Ristar is a platform game developed and published by Sega for the Sega Genesis in 1995. A Sega Game Gear game, of the same name and genre, Ristar, was also released, which shared similar themes while possessing different level design and gameplay mechanics. The game stars an anthropomorphic cartoon star who uses his hands and long, stretchable arms to both move and combat enemies. Reception for the game has been generally positive, but the game's initial release was overshadowed due to the imminent ending of the Genesis's lifecycle and the succession of the Sega Saturn and other fifth generation video game consoles. While never receiving any sequels, Sega has re-released the game a number of times digitally and on Sega-themed compilations, and has occasionally given Ristar himself cameos in other Sega properties.Show more

This was developed by the Sonic Team. Just like Sonic at one point Ristar almost became a rabbit. Unlike classic Sonic games, you can take time to explore the levels. Some rather interesting boss fights as well. A fantastic soundtrack with amazing sound effects. You simply use your hands literately to do stuff is genius. I really love a lot of the animations. Especially Ristar flying into space one. I also love how each world differs to make it set of levels unique. This is easily one of the team's best platformers on the system by far.
The TransformersEarth has been invaded by extraterrestrial shapechanging robots which have made our planet their battleground. The struggle between the good Autobots and the evil Decepticons centers around energy as the objective is to collect four pieces of the Energon Cube and getting them back to the Autobot base. The Decepticons will do their best to get in the way and use the cubes to their own nefarious means.
You as the player control five Autobots that can either be in robot or vehicle form. You move around the platforms searching for the cubes. While in robot form you can either walk or fly, but while in vehicle form you drive around the platforms. Defensa-Pod can be used to switch between Autobots.
Once all the cubes are collected the game repeats at a higher difficulty.
Each Autobot has shields that deplete when shot at or hit by an enemy Decepticon, when all the Autobots are destroyed, it is Game Over.Action Science fiction
