Has a few hitches in quest design to be honest (my version makes Ziyx claim ignorance about the major scrolls no matter what I do) but the lore and character descriptions that this game and its manuals give you is fantastic. It makes you want to keep "Fiz" the weakest Wizard in the game, well past his prime. Fiz wrote the book of Felmis. He is enthusiastic. He rocks his stereotypical wizard hat. "What? Oh, yes, I think you should proceed as you plan." It's crisp. It's very, very open-ended "sandbox" style. And it's the last reason I still have a DOS computer.
