This version is also known as the Anthology, and it's actually a 1.11 version of Tzar that includes 4 new and voiced(!) campaigns that were only released in Spain (and 2 of those campaigns in Italy, where the Italian version is also the only one with a voiced tutorial). They're quite entertaining. Otherwise, it doesn't offer anything different from the 1.10 standard version of Burden of the Crown, but it's worth having just for these 4 new campaigns.
The only downside to the 1.10 and 1.11 versions is that there is still a bug that duplicates the player's colors in the skirmish menu, if the player has changed colors for a game and later tries to create a new skirmish game. This problem doesn't occur in 1.05 and earlier versions, so it may be something that was changed in Tzar.exe by mistake. Oh and the endless lines of enemies are still there lol.
This should already be a part of GOG's massive database of classic , legendary RTS's, but it isn't... It had a long, great campaign and also multiplayer support on large scale maps! The pathfinding of the units is hilarious in this game! 5/5 for me!
