A beautiful love-letter to what makes gaming so unique. 50 various retro-stylized games that could've been its own thing entirely, everything clearly has love poured into it. Absolutely deserving of GOG status so you can truly 'Play Forever'.
It's literally a game about good old games. How is this not on GOG already??
I have not played it my self yet, I hope to do that with a future GOG release. But I've watched & listened to hours of people praising this game as one of the best of 2024. And I can't stop listening to the almost 7-hour-long!! 8-bit soundtrack goodness these games come with. This project truly is an incredible achievement.

UFO 50 is the chronicle of a fictional console that was thought to be lost, until you the player find it one day. The games do often veer into the challenging side, but that's part of the pedigree of authenticity to the era. Unlike Action 52, the games aren't shoddily constructed. Be the judge of their final quality how you want, and watch the games unfold before you. Several of them even have hotseat multiplayer!
Silent Hill: HomecomingSilent Hill: Homecoming is the sixth installment in the Silent Hill survival horror series. The gameplay is the same as it's previous entries, where the player searches for objects and uses weapons to defend against grotesque monsters while solving puzzles to advance further into the game. In terms of combat, the player is able to perform light and heavy attacks or mix them to perform combinations. For the first time in the series, the player may select responses when engaging in dialogue with other characters encountered in the game, which in turn may affect how the player sees the plot unfold.Horror Survival
Silent Hill: DownpourSilent Hill: Downpour is the eighth Silent Hill video game installment and the last fully-released video game in the series. Just like its predecessors, Downpour combines exploring abandoned surroundings, talking to characters, and solving puzzles, set against a slow, psychological horror theme. Different from the previous game Silent Hill: Shattered Memories is the return of combat. The player often has to fight off monsters using a variety of weapons, but he can carry only one melee and one ranged weapon who can deteriorate over time. Entirely new to the series is the introduction of a weather system: there is a full day and night cycle and rain often warns the player of danger that is approaching. Resident Evil Code: VeronicaResident Evil Code: Veronica is the fourth video game in Capcom's Resident Evil survival horror series. The game continues the survival horror gameplay of its predecessors: the protagonist explores the surroundings, fighting monsters and solving puzzles.
