Once you've finished BG1 Enhanced, is it possible to import your characters to BG2 Enhanced?

You can import only your main character. Just select the appropriate option from the menu when creating a character in BG2 EE.

That's not quite accurate. You can only import custom generated characters. Precreated characters you met along the way in BG1 are not eligible, but if you chose to create multiple characters for your BG1 party, each of them is eligible for import into BG2.

Yeah, I forgot that in the EE you can create whole party. :)

You can in the original game as well.

Only in multiplayer from what I remember. But you can of course create a multiplayer game that's played as a single player game. :)
