Whenever I launch, it tells me my video driver is out of date (windows upgrade says it's not) and that data is corrupted or mismatched (I followed Larians online suggestions to no avail). More troubling, though is that my character cannot move unless I click on an interactive object. Is this a new "feature"? When I tried posting in the Larian forums, my email address and password weren't found. When I tried resetting my password, it said my address/name was unknown. (I do get regular email notices from Larian.

So, I'm now on hotfix 4, do I have to wait until hotfix 20 to play?

Its confusing though because in the past everyone interested in BG3 posted in the dedicated forum, not in the Bioware BG forum.

@Geromino this was just the Baldurs gate forum for a long time then one day a random moderator made the BG3 sub forum and walked back... never to be seen again

in general your going to get better answers in the Bg3 forum simply because thats where other Bg3 players go

Larian forums are different to Gog forums and also different to Larian game accounts... i mean you could use the same email / password for all 3 [i wouldn't] but that will be why they never heard of you

This forum indeed IS for BG1 and BG2.

It doesn't need to be explicitly stated anywhere lol.

THe practice of GOG putting unrelated games in the same series into same subforum is obviously detrimental to forum's user experience and should have never been the norm.
OTOTH, putting a mostly unrelated game (BG3) into it's own forum should have always been the norm. nerd
