If walking down the street and any gang sees you and then starts to attack you, Any cop that is walking on the sidewalk or driving by will attack you and get a star. If I try to run toward a cop for help and the gangs are shooting from behind, I will get a 1 star and the cops attack me and act like attacked them. Not sure if this is a bug or what
