Randomly when going through the Phantom Liberty mission at the hotel, V entered snail mode....
Meaning I now permanently walk like when you are following npcs (too slow).
I went ahead and made a bug report because it seemed like the most logical thing to do, wondering if there are any ideas to get around this.
Ive' tried jumping, getting into cars, talking to people, reloading, etc.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hmmmm, It didn't show anything about me being overburdened (no notification and my items showed as below the weight), but dropping items fixed everything for me. (I feel like an idiot honestly for not trying that XD)

Must of been something else then, I am glad that nothing has been majorly broken then so far.

There is icon in inventory menu (symbol of bag) with two numbers (how much your inventory weight and max weight)
