teamworkpokes: You misunderstood me. When you asked me why I needed more details, I replied that it was necessary to avoid making mistakes. I don't want more details, thank you.
Oh, I see. My bad.

teamworkpokes: Thank you for this information. My primary goal now is to reach an official and recover my account. Is there a way you can help me?
Can't help you with reaching an official as just an ordinary forum user and with the current information i dont even see a reason yet to actually directly bother mod/gog employee with it outside the normal ticket workflow.

Gathering from your other thread https://www.gog.com/forum/general/why_is_the_email_response_time_so_long

<5 days ago I had a problem with my account. I sent an e-mail to the support team. I haven't received a response in 5 days. This is the first time I've sent an e-mail.>

So you get the confirmation email that a ticket was created? Or did you never get even an confirmation regarding that?

Also what is the actual problem with your account? No login possible? Creation itself failed? Or was it hacked? Also is it an old account with purchased games on it or a recent one without any games on it? Because if its a new account and you only want to claim your new prime games just creating another account might be a viable solution as well.

Frankly, the problem of not being able to access my account is a very reasonable reason for me. When I send an email, an automatic email is sent and they say they are busy and ask me to forward the problem to them if I have solved it. If that is what you mean by confirmation... I have lost access to the email that my current account is connected to. Therefore, I want to change my email. I do not want to open a different account, this is not a valid solution for me. I would be glad if you can help me.

<Frankly, the problem of not being able to access my account is a very reasonable reason for me.> - Yes reason to get help through a ticket and the usual ticket process for sure but not necessarily via the shortcut of directly contacting/(bothering) an gog employee via chat outside the standard process just to speed up the process.

Especially considering: <I have lost access to the email that my current account is connected to> is a problem caused from your and not gogs side nor is it a gog security matter needing a prompt response by gog or such.

They will ask you about proof of ownership of the account to change the email adress for sure - do you have credit card/or paypal or similar statements regarding your former orders ready or old order confirmation numbers ready so you can provide them to them if they should ask for them? If not i would recommend gathering them already so as soon as they contact you you then can respond promptly

I have never made any purchases in my account. I only opened it to use the codes I received from Amazon Prime. Do you think I should make a purchase just for this purpose to prove it?As mentioned in the previous topic, is the response time this long, i.e. around 2-3 months?
I guess you don't have much information on this subject.
