Light sources are not aligning with their objects creating some weird effects. I've tried turning off post processing and the like but it is persistent. I am redownloading Bioshock Infinite (Steam) to see if this issue is present there, I don't remember having this problem. I will post a few screenshots to show what I mean.

Light outside the Lighthouse is sitting off the object.
Candle in the lighthouse light source is down and to the left of the actual candle.
Words in the Wonka-vator. Notice how the light is offset from the words?

I also noticed this in Columbia as I was arriving and and it is very distracting.... Anyone know a solution or what is causing it?

I've never seen that issue during my two playthroughs of the game (Steam version). So this post is basically useless although I thought that I should reassure you that it is not normal.

That's helpful. Still downloading my steam version to check out and compare....
Well, Damn. It's doing it on Steam version too...
Then you probably have to play the graphics driver version roulette.
Try updating or changing to an older graphics driver!
Also try reinstalling all of the redistributables (DirectX, etc.). A clean reinstallation of your gpu drivers wouldn't hurt either.
And verifying/repairing the game cache may help as well if you haven't done so already.

Nope, but thanks guys found out it is transparency AA in the NVidia driver 3D settings. Turning it off fixed this, but thanks guys!
