Hey, Dust: An Elysian Tail for example is currently 2.50 Euros, if that is what you ment with real cheap. There are some games for under 1 Euro i think, but i have to check them more carefully in order to recommend something.

I'll second Dust. Its fun and very pretty. If you don't mind older clunkier games, I also suggest Morrowind. Its like the best RPG ever. Its only 50% off though.

Off topic, but I noticed that Bethesda seems to have limited their discounts to 50%. At least I haven't seen a larger discount in the past year. People should buy cheap while they still can, because I'm sensing a trend.

If you didn't play it yet any of the fallout series. All are discounted.
I also recommend morrowind, like MobiusArcher said, even with that little discount.

depends on what you mean under "cheap".
Alpha Centauri - 85%
Master of Orion (1+2) - 75%
Nox - 85% (it seems to be 30fps locked, but, suprisingly, it doesnt affect experience much)
Divine Divinity - 90%

Oh Sir! the Insult Simulator and Enter the Gungeon are at a decent 50% right now.
