As a historical re-enactor, I can say that it is a very good game about the Roman Empire and its legions.

I really enjoy building starting History, but I found a problem or rather an error during the game. It doesn't load the saves. The game manages to save the game correctly and I put the file inside the CivCity Rome folder on my PC but if I go to open load game in the game, the save name doesn't exist. The .cbr file exists on the PC but if I start the game, it doesn't load the save because it strangely doesn't appear.
Do you have any solutions? Thank you.

When I read your post, I think this (quote): "I put the file inside the CivCity Rome folder on my PC" could be your problem.

Do I understand it correctly, that you moved the savegames?
Did you also move the "cbr.cache" file?

Apparently, if that file is missing, the save files don't work correctly.

I try to explain myself even better with a few more details. When I try to save a game, the save works, it means that for the game, the file is saved and then correct procedure as is usually done for a total war rome, etc but at the end when I go to the "load game" saving the game does not exist. The interesting fact is that the save file inside the "saves" folder in the PC computer resources (documents/civcityrome/saves), the dedicated .cbr file exists.

In addition to this bug -error- I finish the mission "Lavinium" and start "Capena", I place the buildings, save knowing that then it doesn't let me load the games, I close the game going back to windows. I start the game again and find that I have to start everything from the beginning starting with "Lavinium".

Are you sure your saves are being saved locally and not to something like a OneDrive folder? Windows 10 is pretty screwy if you're (dread to think) signed into an online account.
I have Windows 7 Professional and the civcity rome folder where games are saved is correctly located in the -locale- and not in an -OneDrive-.

I asked 2k.com support and they wrote that I have an error called: RADAR_PRE_LEAK. I follow their instructions and everything works. After a few days, the problem comes up again. So at this point I think it is an error of this Microsoft technology to reveal memory leaks. The oddity that only on this particular game, it causes me this error. I am looking for a solution or new way to solve it. Maybe I need to uninstall a certain program, file or just don't know. If the problem is this -Radar- from Microsoft, maybe some particular command needs to be changed.

Sorry for this English but I am using a translator.
This problem seems to be something wrong on your computer, not the OS or the game.

Usually, many people will have a common problem. This does not seem to be a common problem for the game, when I searched google. It is possible malware in the OS. Try a few free programs to scan your computer.

-MalwareBytes
-ClamWin (usb portable version at Portableapps)

edit:

Reading reviews of the game, it is possible the game is poorly made. It may be a game that is broken and will not work.

I am curious, what are the instructions that were given to you?
Perhaps knowing this information, someone may have a better answers?

Thanks for the advice, which I will try immediately.

I will create a new post where I copy the 2k.com support text with their solution. On my PC, unfortunately it only worked for a short time. It still doesn't recognise the save files when you go to load the game.

I use IObit Malware Fighter and Advanced System Care
I own a PC with AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor, 3500 Mhz, 3 cores, 6 logical processors.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Video Memory 2.0 GB
Total Memory 11.9 GB
Total Hard Disk Size 223.5 GB

Initial troubleshooting steps:

1. First of all, download the latest driver installation file for your video card. You can do it from this link:
2. NVIDIA

Note: We recommend saving the installation file to your desktop so you can access it more easily in subsequent steps.

1. Perform a clean boot of your computer.
2. With your PC in this mode, open Device Manager. Press the Start or Windows key and move the cursor to 'This PC'.
3. Right-click it and select 'Manage'.
4. In the newly opened window, select the 'Device Manager' section and look for your video card (it is found in the 'Video Cards' section).
5. Right-click on your video card, select Properties and then the 'Driver' tab.
6. Select the Uninstall option. When Windows warns you that you are about to uninstall the driver, confirm the operation.
7. If your computer doesn't restart on its own, restart it manually (required)
8. Wait while Windows installs the basic video driver (this may take a few minutes).
9. Perform another clean boot (required)
10. After the clean boot, run the System File Checker tool
11. Run the System File Checker tool 3 more times (required)
12. Now you can install the video card driver downloaded earlier.
13. Perform one last clean boot (required)
14. Start the game

Hope this solves your problem! Otherwise, your computer may behave in two different ways after this procedure.

If the problem persists but is not the same as before, please send us the updated DxDiag and MSinfo files, which reflect the changes made. We also ask that you submit your most recent CBS.log file. This file, generated when you run the System File Checker tool, is located in the folder

C:WindowsLogsCBS

If the problem is like before, we have some additional steps to suggest. However, at this point it is possible that the problem is with your computer. If this is the case, we at 2K Support will not be able to offer you any other steps to resolve the problem.

Run a memory check on your computer

1. Press Windows key + R on your keyboard.
2. Type 'mdsched.exe' (without quotes) in the command box.
3. Select 'Restart now and check for problems' and wait for your computer to restart.
4. The tool will run during the reboot. Wait until the procedure is finished.
5.Windows will restart again and present you with the operation report.

Hate to tell you but the IObit software is not something very trustworthy.

Even Windows Defender is better....

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
