there were absolutely no issues of any kind (or changes) on my side.
last visa c/c payment to gog was 20th september, so 8 days ago.
today i get the "card declined" generic message, claiming it is my bank. it is not. knew that, but called anyway, just so i know for sure.
for now, i am just wanting to know if there is a known/reported (acknowledged by gog?) payment issue with credit cards and gog - only in the last few days or week at most.
i'll wait for now, maybe it will self resolve. in a few days or so will try again, and if still no go, take it from there.

fyi; my account page lists the last 6 (yup, tried it a few times, why the heck not..) attempts as "pending" each with a different order and an available green "complete this order" button - which is normal for any failed attempts. there is no sale or event that would make servers unresponsive, so hmmm...
i'll report back in a few days. hope it self corrects...
edit; oh, and fyi, i was trying to LOAD wallet funds, and not buy games. already have wallet funds, and did use them today, so no issue using wallet, but i like to always keep it topped at same amount (for ocd like reasons, and because why not). so issue for me, is not buying games (at least using wallet funds) but trying to put more wallet funds into gog via the normal way as have been for decade + or even longer. (and no, i am not exceeding or trying to, the wallet max. so it is not that.) nothing new on MY side, just repeating what i do every few days, give or take - or just about. yes, i buy games and then reload wallet back to my "top", about 2-4 times/mo. gamers gonna game.
so this is either an actual issue or some "glitch" in the matrix which hopefully gets auto fixed very soon.
