Hello, first of all apologies if this post does not go here.
20 days ago I bought the cyberpunk game on the Instant Gaming page because it was at a good price, they sent me the code very quickly but when trying to install the game it tells me that the code is already in use. I have spoken to Instant Gaming support and they tell me to speak to Gog ... that without the activation date and time they will not refund my money ...
Gog support is automatic and I can't talk to anyone, someone who has the same problem?

Instant gaming are not a licenced outlet.

They are a grey market of resellers.

They are trying to fob you off.

If they won't refund you, see if you can issue a chargeback and never use sites like that again.

Edit:
As far as I know Humble Bundle are the only licenced outlet beyond GOG for GOG games and thats on a limited number of titles.

Support is getting very heavy traffic so it will take them time to respond.

However doing some research into the place you bought it from it appears the place may be a shady key reseller and may have gotten the key for the game you purchased through fraudulent methods.

If that is true GOG may not be able to help as they would get no money from the sale of the game.

I don't think there's much chance you'll ever see that money again.

If the price seems too good to be true, it generally is.

In future, ask yourself "How can they offer this product cheaper than everyone else?" The answer is usually "Because they didn't pay for it or they sold it multiple times."

They got your money, not GOG. They ought to be solving this for you, not you for them.

Hello guys, and solved the problem, I claimed paypal and they managed it, I hope this helps someone and also instant gaming closed my account XD
