so i purchased the dark reign and expansion seems to have an issue with looking for a cd for the expansion part of the game <<<< cant seem to find any help from gog to get this resolved .... Suggestions??

ok even from what i see on that post their fix doesnt work? so whats the deal

Maybe ask GOG support for a fix or a refund?

i have seen many of these posts since i came across the problem recently.

my solution is to go to the 'v more' menu next to the galaxy play button, at the bottom of this there is a sub menu called 'other' and you can run the shadowhand expansion from there.

this appears to behave and does not ask for the cd, however it craps itself if you try to save.

Once i got that message... closed the game, relaunched it, and it worked.

Might have to do with the timing of mounting the emulated CD.
