No, but wallet funds you get because of regional pricing do expire after a year I think.

It's part of the "Fair Price Package" policy. A lot of games have different prices depending on the region. If the price in someone's region is higher than the price converted from USD, then GOG will add wallet funds to offset some of the difference. It doesn't affect you I think.
