Hello,

Already 18h I can't make a gift of "Witcher 3: GOTY".
In Firefox 00.jpg, but when i am trying with IE 01.jpg.
Discount ends soon, but i wish to gift this game.
How this can be fixed?

Best Regards.

On the checkout screen, there should be an option to "gift this order" (or the equivalent in your language) with a checkbox next to it. If you check the box, it should prompt you for an email address.

If you don't know the email of the person you're gifting it to, you can always enter your own. That way, you can just give them the gift code, once it shows up in your email.

If that box isn't showing for you — it should be right under the payment area — then I don't know what the problem is. In any case, best of luck.

EDIT: I just looked at the pics you linked; it looks like GOG is having issues verifying your payment. That has nothing to do with gifting, but is more likely a problem with either your bank or payment method. Try contacting support, although (since it's Sunday) the chances of them getting back to you today are less than great.

Maybe try support? Or a different payment method.

But i am trying to pay from my GOG wallet "00.jpg" have checkbox, it filled, but "Complete your order" button is unavailable. In "01.jpg" -- it is screenshot from Internet Explorer. Button is active, but this error occurs.
I have 25$ in my wallet, so it should work well.. But don't =_=

I'll try to communicate with support, but can i buy it to me and then gift it?

That's an odd issue you're having there. The reason that the "Complete Your Order" button is greyed out in your first screenshot (Firefox) is because of the message right under the Wallet option, informing you that you can't use Wallet funds, credit/debit cards and PayPal to purchase gifts. It also says that the restriction will be lifted three months after you make purchases of a certain value.

So, one question is - have you bought anything here since you joined that totals $10 or more? If you have, then it's a tech issue on GOG's side.

I'm not sure what other payment options are available to you, as per that same message, to purchase a gift. Also not sure why things seem to work up to a certain point on Internet Explorer.

If you purchase the game for yourself, it will be automatically added to your library, and your only option to gift it is to ask GOG Support to change it to a gift code, explaining why you made the purchase this way and the issues you experienced.

I'd still contact GOG Support, right now, as purchasing issues get priority, and there's a good chance things get resolved before the sale is over, or even after it ends, given that the problem occurred while the sale was running. Just make sure you choose the category related to purchase issues, and don't forget to submit the screenshots.

You realise that your first picture is already showing what the problem is? Read the text with the yellowish background colour below the wallet funds option ;-)
"Purchasing gifts via Wallet, credit/debit card, and PayPal is not yet enabled on this account...."

And to answer your last question, if you buy the game without the gift option it will be added to your account and you can't give it away.

The second screenshot though tells a different story.

Don't forget to mark HypersomniacLive's first post as the solution, so that everyone is aware that your question has been answered. Cheers.
