I was trying to send in a ticket to GOG Support and this AI Chat Bot prevents me from doing so. I had to type in the name of the game multiple times, and then it finally decides to accept my DxDiag.txt and other information, it tells me "I'm sorry but I was not able to create a ticket."

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I've attached a screenshot of the GOG error. There is a bug in the game Meat Puppet and I don't know how else to contact support.

Try _not_ giving the bot technical information. Just repeat your problem in one sentence. That should connect you with a real human.

Supposedly you can directly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com. Also check out these directions for creating a support ticket via chatbot in case that might yield a different outcome.

You can also try sending a chat message about the chatbot problem to a staff member like ponczo_" or Clownski_.
