I'm having problems with Galaxy. It recently stopped displaying my recent played games when i right click its icon, either in Start Menu or taskbar. I used to be able to launch recently played games directly from the shortcut.
I've attached a picture - left is Galaxy, right is Steam. Notice the recent list.

Maybe this question was more suited for the Galaxy discussion. If someone can move it, that would be nice.

If I understand correctly, Galaxy utilizes WIndows global recent list settings, while Steam implemented their own, independent of system selection.
So I suggest to look into Windows settings and tick, if disabled, show recent list option.

Thank you for the info, didn't know Galaxy uses Windows global recent list.

The fix was deleting everything in C:\Users\"input user"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations . Replace drive and "input user" in the address above or run (win+r) %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
I did a backup previously and a restart after deleting. Now i have my list back.

You maybe able to find out which files actually need deletion by looking at the modification date.

@DawEdhel please quote me so i can chose an answer.

Did forum really disallow to select my first post in first place? Just curious.
No, but i was afraid that people will stop reading at your post and not find the additional details i provided.
This way they can read directly all of the info we had, combined.
