You say you bought it, yet your screenshot shows it as a gift from strjrstjs, an account that shouldn't be able to buy anything as a gift due to having 0 games. All of this suggests a purchase from a third-party greymarket, in which case you're not getting the game back. You'll have to open a support ticket to get a definite answer.

I guess it depends on where the person that gifted you the game had purchased it, and whether it's a legitimate key from a legitimate seller, using a legitimate card...?.
