Trying to continue my almost unnoticed attempt to highlight games from community wishlists.
Genre: Crafting (?)

So, basically, its crafting sandbox with some elements of management games - you need to buy new islands to proceed. Kill things, get loot, build things that will give you more loot, repeat. Combat is kinda better than in stardew valley. Still not so complex from what I've experienced in demo, yet enjoyable.
Overall - if you like this genre, you dont need the explainations. If you never played it before - demo is free. Its really hard to describe this sort of games, lol.
