It's the 25th and my mailbox keeps getting spammed with updated privacy policies. As good an occasion as any for a giveaway.

It's for a 5.99$ GOG game. Can be base price, or discounted just as long as I can buy it for 5.99$ or less here in Ireland. GA will end in a week or so, so you can make use of the next weekend promo, if any (I'll try my best to get the game while still discounted, but if I only manage to log in after the game's price has gone up, you'll have to chose a different one).

Anyone can enter, but I'll require minimal forum participation (I'm going to be very lenient on this one, but if your forum presence is limited to getting games from GA's, then it's a no-no). Real trolls/scammers will be excluded.

To enter, say you're in and optionally post a joke and/or say what game you're in for (won't be binding).

Notification of Privacy Statement Changes

Upvote for the funny format xD
Not in, but thanks for giving me a laugh on a Friday morning. As a 'data controller' for a small charity, I've been dealing with the GDPR from both ends.

_ Do you know any GDPR specialist? I need some help.
_ Yes.
_ Cool. Can you give me his contact number?
_ Sorry, I can't.

So right about the inbox spamming. Not in this time.
Thanks for your updated privacy policy notice, ZFR, I'll file it with the other 9,682...

I'm in for Escape Goat. NB: Assuming you're running a Google style algorithm with all the data you're collecting, please do not keep spamming adverts for real-life pet goats, goat's cheese, beard trimmers for "goatees" and especially Goat Yoga to my inbox. ;-)

Curiously it was an email from Kongregate that told me why all these updates were happening, and referred to the GDPR along with a link for looking over the details.

But as usual it's going to be way too big, too complex, and too annoying, and only affects those in Europe/UK

Although i really question the UK right now, when you can get arrested for making a joke or trying to speak out what's going on....

Since I live in the UK, and I do not recognise a single of those "news" issues you are constantly referring to (not even sure why you have this obsession with the UK anyway) I am now convinced you get news via some sort of warp gate thingy to the Bizarro world.

Anyway, please continue with your reports, they are always good for a laugh with my morning coffee, better than The Onion at this point.

Seriously, last days realized me that there is a lot of websites, shops and services, who still have got my personal data (e-mail at least) even if I forgot their existence and not even sure today what do we have in common, what caused me to register. Quite confusing. Deleted a few weird accounts so far...

Regarding giveaway - thanks and I'm in!
Looks like good opportunity to get one of classic adventures from my wishlist (Last Express, Zork, Harvester, Humans or sth like that).
Great format for a GA!
Good topical fun. Had a laugh!
:D
Not in, though.

Believe whatever it is you want to believe.

I just take things as i see them and as they present themselves.

Truth, is stranger than fiction.

I think the right phrasing is "YouTube is stranger than reality"

(and by the way, the point is that YOU do not see it. you see second and third hand account and comments from various strange people online)
